Insurance Policy

Eagle Creek Dentistry will call the insurance company to help the patients obtain a benefit breakdown regarding their insurance plan coverage. A basic breakdown of benefits will allow us to determine coverage percentages, and help in estimating the copay amounts. Your insurance company will pay for the benefits based on "usual and customary fees" determined by them. Your insurance company will not disclose "usual and customary fees" to our office.

Eagle Creek Dentistry will make every effort to help the insured patients determine and estimate benefits for all dental services. We will furnish your insurance company with all the information necessary to process the claims regarding your treatment. The patient will be responsible for contacting their insurance company for claims that are denied. Please remember that your insurance company is not under contract with our office. You will be billed by our office for the full amount of the denied claim, and the payment will be expected from you in full.

If any balance on your account remains unpaid after your insurance company has submitted their portion, it will be necessary for you to pay us in full before any additional services are completed for you.

Don't Forget to Floss!

Clean between teeth daily with floss or an interdental cleaner. Decay-causing bacteria can hid between teeth where toothbrush bristles can't reach. Flossing helps remove plaque and food particles from between teeth and under the gum line.

Visit Our Office Regularly!

Take good care of your smile. Remember to visit the dentist regularly for professional cleanings and oral exams.

Mouthwash Is Important, Too!

Brushing and flossing may not be enough. The ADA now recommends using an antimicrobial mouthwash to reduce plaque and prevent gingivitis.
